Debbie is a senior level Human Resources practitioner with experience in leadership development, developing workplace culture, recruitment and selection, employee engagement and developing high performing workplace teams. She is a certified level 2 Master Facilitator with Advanced Corporate Training Ltd. and a certified Retail BC customer service trainer.
Debbie currently works with Global Knowledge, the world's largest training organization, as their Leadership and Business skills consultant, BCIT as a Leadership and Human Resources facilitator and One Stop HR as a Human Resources Consultant
Throughout her career Debbie has developed and delivered effective training programs and facilitated many "train the trainer" programs. She has 16 years experience developing and delivering high caliber training programs across all industries for employees, managers, directors and senior level executives.
Prior to opening her own consulting practice, "One Stop HR" Debbie worked with Accenture in their Organization and Human Performance: Change Management practice and in Human Resources in Generalist and People Development roles.
